Medicare

Unfortunately there is no Medicare rebate available and I am unable to accept Mental Health Care Plans or Eating Disorder Care Plans.

Private Health Insurance

Rebates are available for HCF, BUPA, AHM, Medibank Private, St Luke's Health, Phoenix Health, GMHBA, CUA, Westfund, Police Health, and Emergency Services Health provided you have the sufficient level of cover that includes "counselling". You will be provided with an itemised invoice to claim your rebate from your insurer directly.

NDIS

Amy is able to see plan managed and self managed NDIS clients for counselling, meal support & yoga using the line item below for invoicing.

NDIS fee's are charged as per NDIS price limits. 

​

All appointments are 50-60 minutes and are conducted via in person (Abbotsford) , Telehealth or at agreed upon location of assessment/meal challenge etc.

Please note that fees are to be paid within 14 days of the counselling session, with a preference for within 7 days. There is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee if you cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice to Amy (except in the case of a medical emergency), and a $75 fee if you fail to attend your appointment. Fees are not refundable (except under extraordinary circumstances).

ED Recovery Yoga​

• Private session at Willow Urban Retreat (Armadale): $150 or $500 for 5 sessions.

• Private session at InSpirit Urban Retreat (Surrey Hills): $150 or $500 for 5 sessions.

• Private session online: $100 or $460 for 5 sessions

Classes are 75 minutes and include discussion before and after. 

Please note that fees are to be paid within 14 days of the counselling session, with a preference for within 7 days.
