Amy works to help people understand the origins of their ED, the purpose they serve and begin to explore life without ED behaviours. Amy has lived experience of recovering from an ED and uses this to coach and encourage others. Amy believes that recovery is always possible.

EATING DISORDER RECOVERY YOGA
Specialised yoga classes to help those recovering from any eating disorder. These classes will help rebuild the relationship and trust with your body. Participants must complete pre-class screening and be physically stable. These classes are ideal for people who are further along in their journey and are working on the relationship they have with themselves. These classes are not about fitness or strength, but works on quality of life within the self and uses a trauma sensitive approach.
