ED Recovery Yoga Retreat

Our very first ED Recovery Yoga Retreat is a special opportunity to explore your recovery from a holistic and strengths based perspective. This retreat is designed for those who are at advanced stages of recovery from their eating disorder and are ready to reconnect to their body, explore their recovered identity, create positive memories of food and connect to a strong community. 

ACCOMODATION

2 Nights accomodation at Kailash retreat in the Grampians, VIC. A soulful, nurturing environment ideal for healing and connection.

ACTIVITIES

Daily trauma sensitive yoga practice designed around reconnecting safely to your body. Gentle meditations that encourage self awareness and self care. Workshops that explore crucial aspects of wellness and recovery. Mindful nature walks on the incredible Kailash Retreat land. 

FOOD

Nourishing meals & snacks cooked onsite by private chefs Kait & Jorgie. All dietary requirements catered for. Basic meal support can be made available (support to plate/portion match, sit beside facilitators). 

SUPPORT

Supported by qualified mental health clinicians with vast experience supporting people with eating disorders and other mental health challenges. This retreat is not a place for intensive treatment and require attendee's to be at an advanced stage of recovery and independance with nourishment. 

COMMUNITY

Connect with a community of people recovering from an eating disorder who are determined to live life well and move beyond their diagnosis. The retreat is facilitated by clinicians with lived experience of their own recovery

To book, a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be required upfront. You will then receive an invoice for the remainder of the cost with payment due 1st November 2021.

Please ensure you read the Retreat Guidelines before booking your space, to ensure that you are able to comply with what is required of you. If you don't feel you can adhere to all of the guidelines, we would love to have you attend in the future when you are in a different space.
